Dinanath Pathy Kala Samman

Dinanath Pathy (1942–2016) was a renowned Indian painter, author, and art historian from Odisha. A former secretary of Lalit Kala Akademi and founding principal of B.K. College of Art and Crafts, he authored over 50 books on Odisha’s art. Honored with prestigious awards, including the Odisha Sahitya Academy Award and Jawaharlal Nehru Fellowship, he was a pivotal figure in Indian art history.
