Chakradhar Behera

Senior Artist

Born in 1968 in Cuttack, Dr. Chakradhar Behera is an eminent artist with a Ph.D. in painting from BHU Varanasi. Over the years, he has garnered several prestigious awards, including those from the South Central Zone Cultural Centre (SCZCC) and the Odisha Lalit Kala Akademi. His contributions include numerous solo and group exhibitions, participation in national art camps, and the authorship of two books. Dr. Behera’s works are featured in collections like the National Gallery of Modern Art and the Odisha Lalit Kala Akademi. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Painting at Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar.
