Ketaki Foundation Trusts

The Ketaki Foundation Trust intends to pursue its goals to preserve and promote Art, Culture and Literature of Odisha, at the National Level. It also aims to facilitate the placement of the artists’ work in public collections, promote public awareness of the artists’ life and work through scholarly research and documentation, exhibitions & publications. It aims to organize educational and collaborative projects to carry out research of the history of art, craft, culture and architecture for the education, awareness and betterment of society.


To preserve Art, Culture & Literature of Odisha at the National Level and to facilitate the placement of the artist’s work in public collections, promote public awareness of artist life and work through scholarly research and documentation, exhibitions, publications and educational and collaborative projects to carry out research of the history of art, craft, culture, architecture for the education, art awareness and betterment of society.


To support and grant aid in cash or in kind to emerging artists and artists from smaller cities/ marginal areas and for creative writing and the development of writers and readers of all ages, from all walks of life in our region. To encourage and support new art forms and ideas. Encourage and foster research in fields that directly or indirectly affects or contributes to art and culture.


To be intensely involved in promoting artistic excellence with exciting synthesis of contemporary and traditional arts, in all their forms and mediums. To publish various texts of art including catalogues, books, monographs, brochures including translations of various texts of arts into Odia and vice versa in order to provide resources for students, educational institutions, libraries and individuals.


To encourage and support the production and the exchange of ideas by local and international artists through production, exhibition and dissemination. To actively facilitate an informal network of contemporary artists both within the region and abroad.


Education & propagation of Art, Crafts, Design and Architecture through establishment of Institutions, Gallery and Museums. Restoration and Conservation of monuments, arts & crafts, culture and architectural heritage.


To establish, maintain and run studentship, scholarship and render other kind of aid to individuals including supply of medicines, books, stipends, medals and other incentives to study without any distinction of caste, colour or creed.
